Kymograph Plugin

This collection of plugins is aiming to facilitate the measurement of velocities.

Description

It requires a stack of 2D images (usually a time-series) and a line selection (= region of interest; ROI). The Kymograph (or time space-plot) is generated by copying the pixel-values of the selected ROI into a new image. This is done consecutively for all frames of the input stack.

The collection also contains methods that allow calculating various kymographs of extended lines. This width of the line is defined by a parameter the user is requested to prompt after the plugin was called.

Three different methods exist in order to "shrink" the extended line (Sum, Min, May).

In order to install the collection of plugins the "Kymo_graph1001.jar" file just needs to be copied into the "plugins" folder of ImageJ.

Notes: The ROIs must be either lines or segmented lines, otherwise the plugin will exit with a warning.
